Why Crossfit?

I have never found another workout that produced both positive physical changes with such production cardiovascular endurance enhancement. I am never bored and always challenged.

Life Outside of the Gym:

I enjoy spending time outside and being active. Love to watch sports and just hang out with my friends. I also love my full time job 'playing' Fireman!

Why Crossfit?

I've always found myself wanting to be part of a community to where everyone had the same goals in mind. So not only do we have an awesome community; but I've also found that it has made me physically better in everything I do outside of the gym, especially at the Fire Department. It's great to train and to watch the progressions that our athletes have become by doing Crossfit! So not only do I get to own, but I get to change people's lives!

Exercise Background:

Played lacrosse and ran cross country in high school. Started weight training in 2006 and was introduced to Crossfit in 2007 via the 300 workout, was certified as a personal trainer in 2008 and started at Crossfit Potentia in April 2014 after I received my level one certification.

Life Outside of the Gym:

I'm a full time firefighter at the Fountain Inn Fire Department. I love to spend time outside with my beautiful wife and daughters.

Why Crossfit?

I love the way it challenges me everyday and all the lessons learned can be transferred into my life and my faith in Jesus.
