How long have you been doing CrossFit and why?
I have been doing CrossFit since February 2019. It’s the only training program that I’ve participated in that continues to keep me engaged. There’s always something to work on. You also get to share in your suffering with a community of people instead of by yourself.
What is your favorite part about coaching?
I love to see people accomplish something they didn’t think they could. To watch people become better versions of themselves both mentally and physically.
Life outside of the gym:
I love to be outside hanging out with friends. Either spending time on the lake wake surfing or just riding in a boat or out on a dirt bike. Going for motorcycle rides and occasionally reading and listening to podcast.
