How long have you been doing CrossFit and why?
I began Crossfit in 2016 after wanting more variety in my fitness routine. The environment at Crossfit Potentia and community immediately drew me in and I have been hooked since. I enjoy the constant variations and challenges it presents.
What is your favorite part about coaching?
I like to see the progression that happens overtime and watching our athletes accomplish things they did not think they were capable of doing.

Life outside of the gym:
I am a Registered Nurse and member of the South Carolina Air National Guard. I have a son named Logan and during the summer you can find me in or near a body of water.
