How long have you been CrossFitting?

I’ve been doing Crossfit since February 1st 2010, my first workout was 4 minutes long and I fell over. I’ve been trying to get better since.


Coaching is an absolute gift. It makes me a better athlete, but my favorite part is getting to see people accomplish things they didn’t know they could do. The confidence and strength built in the gym spills out into all other areas of their lives and it’s beautiful to see.

Favorite Cheat Meal:

Just ice cream. Butter Pecan

Life Outside:

I’m a 4th year medical student hoping to complete a residency in Internal Medicine. I’m obsessed with my silly dog, and married to a very smart soon to be accountant. The gym brings me balance, date nights (because of course my husband Crossfits too) and fuels us both for trail runs with the pup. It is a good and busy life.
