How long have you been doing CrossFit and Why?

I have been doing CF for 3 years on a consistent basis. I love how workouts vary every day, every week and there is always something that challenges me both mentally and physically. The community at CF also helps me get through each workout.

What is your favorite part about coaching?

I love teaching and pushing people to do things they didn’t think were possible.

Favorite cheat meal:

It depends on the day. I love all food.

Life outside the gym:

Trying to keep up with my active family. If I have a day off you might find me on the water or hiking in the mountains.
