6 years doing CF and coaching 4 years.
I love the way it challenges you every day inside the gym. The community is next to none and everyone constantly encourages and helps.

Favorite part about coaching:

For me, it’s the teaching aspect. I love breaking movements down and then watching the ‘light bulb’ go off for an Athlete. To see the progression of each Athlete -day to day/week to week- keeps me motivated to keep pushing my Athletes.
